I was speaking explicitly about the part of the oath that obliges every member of the active-duty military to support & defend the U. S. Constitution - or are you going to tell me wikipedia's wrong about you having taken an oath to the Constitution?

I think the term “Trump Supporter” should be expanded from those who are proud to have voted for him three times. I think it should include those who by their actions or inaction, such as @schumer.senate.gov @kirstengillibrand.bsky.social + 8 others, also supported a descent into autocratic fascism.

My concern is that they cannot be reached by reason - and our survival will depend not solely upon attempting to reach those we can, but our readiness to resist those that we can't.

Do not show civility or courtesy to those who would see you killed because you are different than them, or because your political views differ from their own, in some way or another.

We need well-regulated patriotic pro-democratic state militias. Militias the sort the Founding Fathers envisioned, way back in 1770-1800, meant to restrain the power of an abusive federal government sprinting into autocracy like it's an Olympic event.
