Zachary Radcliff, 29, Oakwood Church worship leader, has been additionally charged with 5 counts 1st degree criminal sexual conduct, 3 counts criminal sexual conduct w a person under 13, 12 counts CSAM & 2 counts use of a computer to commit a crime.
