any personal trainers/gym rats in stl wanna be friends (or at least critique my form)? i can't help but feel like i'm not getting as much from my chest and back workouts as i am my core, shoulders, bis, tris, etc., and i'm worried i'm gonna start to look proportionally silly lol

my current thoughts on bg3 is that it's a good game to play solo but it's a great game to play with your chucklefuck friends or your less rpg savvy wife
