Given that real estate markets don’t always go straight upward, the likelihood of a stretch of negative equity is pretty strong. Never mind the fact that most people will never actually own their homes, certainly not first time buyers or anyone youngish

Her big Epstein play is purely opportunistic on her part. She’s saying some of the right things but she’s still an awful human. Joshes in the right side of this for the wrong reasons. She gets little credit but not much. And someone in the media needs to call her out on her hypocrisy. Loudly.
