Without Twitter for the last 24 hours has been freeing so far. I have gone this long without it since 2017 itself.

I created the account in 2017 at the start of the 45's term as president. Quite quickly I became absolutely addicted to doomscrolling at all hours every day. It became the first thing I'd do when I'd wake up, the last thing I'd do before I went to sleep.

It’s on my shortlist to watch.
