I was just basically saying that’s not even what we would call them over here and most countries have a similar variation on the theme.

It’s a foundational text it’s been quoted many times in the US as a key influence on the American constitution, it still exists though superseded (which is partly why we don’t have a gun problem).

It’s not about what you stand for it’s what he does, and if he’s walking around with a Totenkopf tat and a history of bigoted comments that doesn’t seem at best consistent and given the recent history of Fetterman Gabbard and Sinema who appeared progressive I’d be cautious about stepping up for him.

He said he got it in Croatia a country that has laws against the public use of Nazi symbols because they were Nazi’s, he pretty much had to ask specifically for a totenkopf from someone who knew exactly what it symbolises. He knew what it meant nearly 20 yrs ago and got it covered yesterday.

That is for lack of a better word is bollocks, a Jolly Roger is visually distinct from a totenkopf I guarantee any military history nerd and especially a Croatian tattooist is going to know the difference.
