(they/them) I write, I read, I play tabletop games and video games.
Might be an adjustment period thing! Maybe it'll get better as you continue, but it's worth keeping that in mind next time you talk meds with your dr. Maybe a higher dose would help.

Idk, can you really call yourself a fan of the character if you can't even gender them correctly?

Literally the second I told Hex how this game and character creation went for me, he *immediately* went, and I'm quoting here:

"Does the Skull Magnet have enough force to yeet a dude"

I'm not walking all the way to the kitchen if I run out of water at night. Considering getting a bathroom faucet with a snake head so I can just spray it right into my mouth at night.

Huh. Zelda's dress has a bunch of tiny triforce emblems in it. Neat.

Would definitely recommend looking into a vertical mouse. I know Logitech makes a pretty good one, the LIFT, and has a newer one called the MX. I've tried out the former, and it was pretty cozy, but the orientation takes some getting used to.

THEY WAITED FOURTY YEARS TO TRANSLATE THIS BOOK INTO SPANISH????

In the preface, Deluc acknowledges that Mexico had its "Ten Tragic Days" prior to Russia's, but that while they remain a historic event in Mexican history, they're rarely talked about by others, and that's a fair assessment, given that this book was out of print a lot longer than Reed's later work.

1. Juanito Reed... Deluc Spanglizied and diminutized his name. That's so cute...
2. Hilarious preface opener.
3. Ten Days That Shook the World was Reed's live reporting from St. Petersburg during the opening of the Bolshevik Revolution, and is the book he's most known for.

The book, for those unfamiliar, is a republication of a series of articles noted socialist journalist John Reed wrote for Metropolitan when he was sent to Mexico to cover the revolution in 1913, along with some other writing.

Yeaaaaaah!!! Classic Raiden too...

Lmao, yeah. I'm considering just leaving it until the price drops again. I don't even make enough cash to be taxed federally (U.S. taxes by citizenship, so you have to pay even if you don't live there) but it's annoying to have to submit the forms every year, and it's not like I'm going back.

Yeah, it's over $2.3k USD now. It used to be free, then they hiked it to $450 in 2010, and then increased it to what it is now in 2015 because there was "more paperwork involved". They said they would decrease it back to $450 last year, but here we are.
