Day 1 of making a model in Blender every day until I'm good enough to get hired by an indie game studio, wanted to start small with a simple, low poly tree. Not sure the tutorial I was following was the best, but I learned some new tricks.

I'm thinking I'm going to try giving myself a little challenge, I've been wanting to get back into 3D modeling, so I reinstalled Blender and I'm going to try and make a 3D model every day. We'll see if I can stick with it.

A quick mock up of the stream intro I've been working on, I still want to have the clouds and water scroll in the background, and I want "stream starting soon" flashing at the bottom mimicing the "press start button" text. But so far I think it's coming along.
