Alabama ended Auburn's trying season on a trying Saturday, officially losing 28-14 and suffering its fourth consecutive losing season.

The Tigers are 10-22 in the SEC the last four seasons, and will now talk about their promising recruiting class to turn things around after this 5-7 season.

They get to write their own story Saturday

Auburn at Alabama kicks off at 2:30 p.m. with a warm feeling awaiting the winner and the thought of why didn't I wear a warmer coat for the vanquished. My mother would have told you to wear gloves, too. And a hat. 

Alabama is a 10½-point favorite.

The Iron Bowl kickoff is set

Auburn at Alabama will start at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 30 on ABC, the SEC announced Monday.

First up, though, is Auburn’s home game against Texas A&M this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN. Alabama is at Oklahoma on Saturday.
