Results show that greater belief in one's interoceptive abilities, which increased with age, predicts poorer sleep quality, particularly in individuals with higher levels of anxiety.

Slower RTs and sustained ERPs during the rejection of incongruent semantic features in older people suggest increased demands on semantic memory search through a denser representational space, created by an age-related accumulation of knowledge.
