Came out of retirement to hit some tempo pull-ups

6 days later & I added 130lbs to my previous hip thrust, hitting a PR of 360lbs! I would jump with joy but my legs are fried #blackskyfitness

BBL allegations continuing to load… 230lb hip thrusts already have me shaking #blackskyfitness

What’s the procedure when a bad bihhh pull up? I set a goal for 10 by 12/31 — clearly need to up that. How many should i aim for!?
