I'm 10 months post "oh fuck I'm like actually dying rn huh" and I participated in a 3.5 mile race this week (walking, but I wouldn't have been able to do that a year ago). Really proud of myself for turning things around and also finding I don't hate being alive all that much anymore.

I think it may be time to acknowledge that Bob - a seagull I named at the park as a child - is dead.

Happy one year anniversary to this blogger finding no roadkill, but starting the week out nicely with twenty-six cents.

I got too used to not paying co-pays on meds last year after my hospitalization (because I hit my insurance's out of pocket max pretty much the second I entered the ICU) and *ouch*.

I did the unthinkable and actually cleaned out my spare cable box and got rid of the things I don't need. I give it two weeks after moving into the new house before I find myself saying, "Damn. If only I had an IDE ribbon cable."

It occurs to me I never made an intro post here.

Clearing out my office closet for the move next month and found these gems from the two weeks I got hyper-focused on learning calligraphy a couple years ago. I'm very mature.
