I agree, but if you think they will allow themselves to be pushed aside for candidates who will actually serve the interests of what the people actually want over capital, you have not been paying attention for the past century 😕

I mean go for it if you want to be disappointed, but the democratic party institution has proven itself time and time again to be hell bent on suppressing *meaningful* left shifts, especially anywhere outside of local politics. Mamdani is the extreme exception, and you saw how the Dem core reacted.
