Ugh the worst part about having an actively dying patient (for me) is my CNAs rarely handle it well and looove asking me how long they have left.

I had a great idea for a cursed item.. all it does is make people just... really not want to help you.
Every clerk or cashier gives you the 'ugh'.. you're always served last, it's very likely to kill you eventually when nobody helps in an emergency.. and nobody's going to help you get rid of it.

Hands down the worst thing about the current Democratic Party is that we deserve so much better, and they don’t get anywhere near enough stick for their bumbling, inept, spineless, easy-road flailing and limp-willed mewling.

I swear only two things are going to actually stop AI bros; literal skynet or an actually benevolent ai.
Skynet is obviously bad, but as soon as a benevolent ai suggests something like defunding the police or military these guys will show up en masse with torches.
