For those who don't know me, My name is Gianna Aubrey Cesa a 22-years-old single mother living on a remote island in the Philippines. I advocate for my neglected community and aim to launch a solar boat project to provide sustainable transportation and empower my people.

As the floodwaters rose in Cebu Philippines, the urgency to evacuate became palpable. For many residents, the reality of leaving their homes was fraught with anxiety and despair.
