A big list! Mainly autoimmune. I got Long Covid and that just amplifies fatigue, immune problems and random weird stuff. I got most of my hearing back because it didn’t infect my nerves. Vit D, magnesium glycinate and iron help loads!!

I had double pneumonia two years ago and it ravaged me. I went completely deaf on one side and coughed for months. I hope you recover quickly 💜

Go to The Japan Centre if for snacks, but you can also eat there. Japan House is free to enter. They usually have an exhibition on. You’ve got to go to Fortnum & Mason to see all the tea and fancy schmancy groceries. You can have a cream tea there, too. Covent Garden + Borough Market are musts!
