Thinking about what iOS26 represents for the design zeitgeist. I like the emphasis on delight. It makes sense to be moving towards more expressive experiences. But the concept of fluid? Feels more like a gimmick with the glass metaphor and animations than a principle. Very curious about the process.

There’s a tiny part of me that looks like this because I stayed up late to make the deadline. But, on the bright side, my pitch opens with: ‘It’s 2AM and you have a deadline tomorrow…’ So, at least it helped with the performance! 😂
