Moeller's comments should be taken with a grain of salt. He has a generally anti-German attitude. He has expressed this very clearly on his YouTube channel, which is difficult to stomach. It is not surprising that he dislikes Herzog, who, nonetheless, is very similar to Tarkovsky in essence.

The films that have influenced me the most, Stalker and The Sacrifice by Tarkovsky, allow me to experience the surreal universe, as described in the article. It is like spiritual healing. The last time I had this experience was with Werner Herzog's book Of Walking In Ice.
