i havent worked out or stretched like this since in 2021 when i was in drum corps. i love feeling strong again and, while i never 'lose' my splits, i love being able to sit comfortably in my splits. and i love being able to do bridges without headaches. i even did a headstand the other day!! yayy

anyway i've been doing a lot of research on designing and sewing so just gotta be more confident in my abilities - and also find time to practice the techniques i've been reading about. work finally slowed down this week so i think i'll have more energy to do what i love :3
