Jesse Jackson showed what it looks like to turn conviction into action. He fought when it wasn’t popular or profitable to do so. We are better because of him. Rest in power ✊🏽

First courtroom win of 2026 secured! Give the court a reasonable solution and let the rest take care of itself. Grateful for judges who actually listen.

We’ve reached a point where being silent is no longer being neutral, it’s being complicit. No one should pretend this is an isolated incident. Systems that can take a life without consequence don’t suddenly stop at one. If they would MURDER an innocent man, what do you think they would do to you?

I’m from Florida, and yesterday I saw someone openly carrying a firearm in a Chipotle for the first time since the law changed.

Even though it was lawful, the moment felt unsettling.

Calling something “lawful” doesn’t make it harmless, especially when laws shape how people experience public space.

One thing about the legal system is that it’s not just laws. It’s people, power, interpretation, and timing. That’s why two similar cases can have completely different outcomes. We’re seeing a lot of examples of that these days.
