Jalen Randle should be celebrating his 33rd birthday today. Instead, his life was cut short, shot in the back of the neck by a Houston police officer. His family is still fighting for justice. Jalen should be here. No officer should play judge, jury, and executioner. Rest in Power, Jalen.

9 Black women say they were kicked out of a VA restaurant following a fight they had nothing to do with, and were told, “you all like to fight.” To be treated like a problem because you share the same skin color as those involved is unacceptable. This level of humiliation was wrong & dehumanizing!

The family of a mother in active labor says she was turned away from an Indiana hospital—told to come back later. Just eight minutes after being discharged, she gave birth in a car. This should NEVER happen. No woman should be turned away when she’s in need of care.

A mistake cost Maria Florina Rios Perez her life. Now her children will grow up without their mother. The 32-yo mother of 4 was shot through a door after arriving to work at the wrong address for a cleaning job. We cannot accept a world where a wrong address equals a death sentence.
