The QB counts the slot box pre snap. He knows he has clean slot box and will execute the alley screen. To get the box LB cut off from the alley, G and T pull to run side. The center and guard get running start to the alley to mimic normal down cut off blocks.

Anticipate the 5 will squeeze on a down block allows the Tackle and the Y to lead out to even up the slot box. all under et sweeps start with a J. Only the y leads, Jerry, if a nub then Jolt (T for tackle) if both lead, Jobe (B for both) example of Jobe

Widezone rollback blocking scheme. Used to punish teams who fly across the centerline when it reads reach. Looks like the LB did good job fitting the block and not chasing the R.

Very common to get a boundary corner auto blitz from a nub or condensed set. Louisville motions to to a nub, gets the auto blitz and executes the Y delay screen .

“Run in such a way as to win the prize” (1 Corinthians 9:24).
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7).
I am begging athletes who win a big game to understand that God has no interest in sports and did not have any influence one way or another over your victory.

On top both safeties have no width and are at different depths. Indicates roll coverage. Roll into a cloud 2. CB and FS 1/2. Sam flat, BCB has flat. The deep over ends in the sweet spot of a C2. Under safety, over the CB.

On top Both safeties have width and depth. CBS off gives pre snap look of quarters. Moss works the boundary but he gets a squat CB & Will capping the route. Eyes move to through route that is Capped by Mike. He Resets feet and throws BS dig. Protection half slide R easily picks up the DL stunt.

One of the first concepts to teach QBs to throw on time and in rhythm is stick. QB eyed the flat route space, if invaded from below, move eyes to the the out route space. (If squeezed from outside, eyes to the the go pocket space)

The cover 2 hole is under the safety over the CB. Clemson rotates to a sky 2. Louisville uses play action to allow time to get the #2 strong into the 2 hole weak. After the fake, QB confirms split safeties before moving eyes to the hole route space. Sinking CB is the danger player.

When we run this #1 has a mandatory outside release. He must make the CB declare his intentions. The CB is allowed to slow play because of the vertical release. This creates the muddy read allowing the outside rush to prevent the hole shot.
