Everything you say and do here is "on the record", even more so than it normally is on the web, because all your posts are a) cryptographically signed, b) trivially replicable to other instances etc.

This is very much by design, and whether it's a good or bad depends on context

The plan is to record any outages as well. PDS owners will be able to sign up for notifications.
