Anything that isn't tempered glass should also slightly impact color accuracy (even matte tempered). Paperlike should be the less reflective.

In general, a film protector could feature a textured touch and will soften a bit the screen.
A matte tempered glass will have a better screen clarity, be a bit softer than the film and be more durable.
Tempered should be crystal clear and super smooth
