Glad to see thoughtful people working on this! Delivering heat through water infra seems astoundingly viable. I did the math for NYC and we could basically heat a 1000 sqft apartment w/ 2 people off normal water usage if we delivered it at 60F!

Seems silly not to consider the selection bias here. Retention is higher for remote. You'd naturally expect the proportion of remote listings to drop as growth slows and job postings are increasingly for backfill.
