Last time the same. And I said I do not accept that and I expect to get the car immediately. I said I would sue them if they didn't provide the car. They provided another one in three hours.

I’ve had similar experiences with Avis in the US—not just once, but twice in a row. It seems like they lure us in with attractive terms, only to corner us later with limited options, leaving us no choice but to accept whatever they present.
