a strange thing is that the second one doesn't actually say The girl its just "The second hero, Girl with hope crossed on their heart"

Could just be a mistake but it would be funny if it wasn't.

Calls are far more disruptive But, an email in the support queue That looks like a real Customer issue that makes no sense Will take up support time which when done at volume will make their email support channel and workers useless.

Thus also forcing more customers to call in :)

It would mostly depend on what words they are filtering and how their filters function.

but if a word is filtered and it appears in the email No matter the arrangement It can get filtered the same.

Random Nonsense on the other hand Is harder to filter.

Like if you email that your "credit card is Carding too many credits on debit" That is probably not easily filterable at least from text based filters

Automated filters on Email are so extremely easy to implement. especially for things that are following a script or pattern.

Like simply blocking the term "Adult" would greatly destroy most of the protestors emails from even being delivered and would leave most if not all actual business unaffected
