Wow. Immediately getting vanilla and caramel and baked bread with mild earthy smokey notes on the nose. Leather, tobacco and peat on the exhale and burnt caramel and peaches on palate. Wow!

Missed #Stouturday last night as I was out in the real world for a change...so tonight I'm tucking into this one first from @WicklowBrewery barrel aged imperial Stout. Dark chocolate and coffee notes with the hint of vanilla from the bourbon barrels. Beautiful drop
