Ultimately, it's considered polite to label your own content appropriately so that the moderation service doesn't have to, especially since they sometimes have to rely on user reports. This also helps prevent the previously mentioned inconsistency.

The content is SUPPOSED to get labeled so that people can choose if they want to see it. The inconsistency might be because of the "Sexually Suggestive (Cartoon)" label that has to be configured in the settings for Bluesky Moderation Service (they're the ones that add labels if you don't).
