Street Fighter is definitely the easier of the two to get into. The game is more focused on solid fundamentals and patience than the faster gameplay of strive. However strive has a very good tutorial and is definitely doable if you want to put in the time. I'd say Street Fighter though personally

Always loved Okami. Thought about putting Cammy since she was in MVC2, or Vergil since he's my favorite DMC character, but Ammy was the reason I picked up UMVC3
