Today was my last class with a group of 1st year students in #Biochem & #Cellbio.
I was returning their graded exams 📜
Despite the overall poor performance (bad grades) they brought me presents (snacks) at the end of the class because they appreciated my teaching during the last semester 🥲

The good thing about living in the same country than my parents again and because they are in the middle of nowhere and grow stuff 🧅🥦🥬 is that I get seasonal "CARE package" with whatever got canned recently or is in season😋

🦃 #thanksgiving is a good time to remind people that pre-european americas were gluten and lactose free.
So, if you are looking for recipes free of 🌾or🥛 check out #native cookbooks.
That way, no more trying to substitute this by that, the recipe was made without 🥛or 🌾 from inception.
