i honestly feel like this sort of thing comes from an attitude nowadays that digital time almost "doesn't matter" but like...that's still another person on the other side of the screen! and they're still spending their own time. idk i wish people were more empathetic abt stuff like this

oh this shit pisses me off i basically view these as a virtual zoom meeting. I will be there rain or shine unless something happened to make it literally impossible to join, and even then, I warn the person asap!!
