The Miami Dolphins should just go hire this guy as GM after they fire Grier. Been with the Seahawks for 12 years in various team building roles and they've always got consistently good teams. You're not going to get a GM from a successful team, so might as well grab an Assistant GM.

SEC schedules are wild because what do you mean this weekend is essentially a CFP elimination game for Ole Miss and Oklahoma and then this is who they have after. Ole Miss goes on cruise control while OU starts an absolute gauntlet.
