Part 2/2 Carter became President as I entered high school, winning for his morality and ethics after the Nixon years. How poignant that he died and his life celebrated just at this time of such great transition. I feel like I am crying a little for my past, and a little for our future.

I have tried to freeze out much of the news these last 2 months from the reality of the impending heated crises that will be this incoming admin & Congress. W/less than a week to go the destructive rays of that corrupted power r now starting to bear down on me. It’s not a thaw I look forward to.
