Me, this year when I practically have 0 parent complaints, all of the trusts from students and many invites to colleagues class parties. Since the useless colleague was hellbent on rubbing things and made fun of me to my face this year.

Ever since I decided to pick my battles with students this year, give them more grace while also calls out shitty behavior, this year I have been vibing my students. Chaos is still going but I’m less Quinn Hughes on the left and more smiley, goofy Quinn Hughes on the right.
