I don’t think SCOTUS will allow them to make that enforcement retroactive like they want (if they allow it at all).
It’s stupid to have to add bonds to cases involving the government, but judges will have to.

The White House saying they didn’t know Hegseth ordered Ukraine aid frozen was pretty shocking.

We will likely still be able to protect elections, but I’m more concerned about large scale cyberattacks from near-peers and/or sophisticated non state hacking groups.
