No NOLA trip is complete w/o a visit to Morning Call! Frozen coffee & fresh beignets are great! Then we toured Abita brewery & visited the Abita Mystery House.
Fun fact-"Abita" comes from the Choctaw word "Ibetap", meaning "springs". Also, weird stuff in tap room-"Mother Shucker" made w/ oysters!

Spent 1.5 hrs this weekend chopping and sautéing veggies and making these feta vege egg cups for my toddler. I'd say 50/50 she'll actually eat them... 🙄
