I am disappointed, but not upset or surprised. First of all, he took complete responsibility for it and didn’t get defensive or blame-y. Second of all, white girl at primarily Asian salon. 🤷🏼♀️. My hair is not falling out, and it doesn’t look BAD. Just subtle.
