If you can't find an alternative I'd look for a pair of bottoms that fully cover the tat and are made of a looser, softer fabric. You might experience the pants lightly sticking to the tattoo initially but it shouldn't be too bad.

I typically remove my saniderm after 12-24 hours. Wash with anti-bacterial hand soap (dial gold) and lightly dab dry with a clean paper towel after the shower vs my regular towel. Apply a thin layer of unscented lubriderm and reapply every few hours as it starts to dry out.
