#Landscapes, water, color, and light are reflected in the glass series. These delicate, bowl-shaped vessels are light and fragile - something to be held and protected, like a bird in the hand. They remind us that the #nature within and around us is precious and should be cared for. #glassart

A glass artwork created last year. The bowl has a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 3 cm. The drawing is applied to the molten glass surface using shellac ink. The straight lines of the black nylon thread contrast with the uneven glass surface and the organic forms. #kilnglassart #glasspainting
