I have lived in 8 US states, 6 as an adult, and hands down Florida is the most poorly run state I’ve had the misfortune of existing in. Every interaction with the govt, from the DMV to tax assessors is like a sucker punch.

Well, experiencing my first unmedicated PCOS period in 17 years since the gyn at the VA decided to cancel my birth control. I can barely breathe I am in so much pain. To quote the doctor who diagnosed me, I am “riddled with cysts.”
