My new labels for my #Atari 65XE have arrived from Poland! Think I’ll go with the 320XE to reflect the plug-in memory upgrade thats connected at the moment. The 130XE is a spare in case I upgrade the onboard RAM in the future.

Also tried out the A8PicoCart I purchased; load works fine, so does copying files to the cartridge and running them (eg. Millipede.rom).

Spent a bit of time this evening cleaning up my recent #Atari 65XE purchase. A lot of fluff inside and a bit of rust on the RF shield under the upper part of the case vent.

Memory test seems to be ok and loads Mr Do from a Lotharek SD card reader without issue. #Atari

The XC12 tape recorder seems to play, but there is an out of tune noise when attempting to load a game, which fails. Though the tape motor seems to be moving at the right speed, it might be the tape heads. #Atari

My eBay purchase arrived a day early; #Atari 65XE with XC12 tape recorder, a few games on tape, CX40 joystick, PSU and leads. Its in pretty good condition, some dust and grot which is to be expected but no yellowing of the case or keys.
