New 2600 and 7800 Games from 2025 PRGE!
We've back from this year's Portland Retro Gaming Expo, and we've added 10 new Atari 2600 and 7800 to the AtariAge Store. You can learn more about each of these exciting, new games here. Here are direct links and a brief description for each of the new games, sorted alphabetically by system: Axercise (2600) - An axe-toting, unstoppable serial killer bursts into the dorm room of a clueless college student, Bud. A frantic chase ensues! Armed with only his legs, Bud must run, jump, and roll his way to safety, one floor at a time. It's up to YOU to help Bud escape his dorm of doom before he's caught! Are you ready to Axercise?! Minigun Miner (2600) - Armed with a minigun, fire at will to begin digging holes and to stay aloft! Your goal? Avoid the bottom of your mine by shooting downwards, expanding the mine and unearthing coins, diamonds, rubies and other treasures! But beware, there are also dangerous beasts living underground, and death comes quickly to reckless miners. Oh Shoot! (2600) - Commandeer one of four space ships in your battle to survive! Enjoy frantic and fun one or two player destruction, as you pilot through hundreds of combat zones. Blast your enemies to smithereens before they blast you in endless duels. Enjoy modern conveniences, such as automatic obstacle avoidance, automatic missile evasion, and fully Al-powered spacecraft. Plan B: Escape Earth (2600) - The few lucky souls that are loading themselves into the few escape crafts around the world need your help to defend them from an unstoppable alien invasion. Maintain the final barrier defenses as you fend off aliens who are able to sneak past those defenses, and fight off against orbital cannons and space craft that seek your ultimate destruction. Realm of Riesig (2600) - With 2,259 screens, spread across 30 levels, The Realm of Riesig offers a truly epic adventuring experience. The once prosperous Realm of Riesig sleeps; this cursed place, now only home to twisted monstrosities and magical pitfalls, is littered with forgotten treasures, ripe for the picking by only the bravest of adventurers. Robo Tito (2600) - Due to a programming error in his system.Tito el Robo Tito is allergic to scary things. Due to misfortune, he is trapped in a place infested with scary things like zombies! Help Tito look for an exit, and avoid touching anything spooky! Strike Zone Bowling (2600) - Step up to the lane, take a breath, throw the ball right into the Strike Zone, and bowl the perfect game! For the first time, Strike Zone Bowling brings the real and unforgettable perspective of the bowling experience to the Atari 2600. Get into the zone, top your best score, and split your opponent's will to play. Bernie and the Tower of Doom (7800) - Cedric the evil robot has taken over all the towers of the land and is mind warping its inhabitants. As Bernie the slug, it is up to you to find the three Magi, enter each of the towers, solve their bewildering puzzles, find the clues that will lead you to Cedric, and then free the people of Eldoria by stopping Cedric and his foul plans. Mouse Trap (7800) - Get ready for a frantic, cheese-chasing adventure with the classic arcade sensation Mouse Trap! Navigate the maze to collect all the cheese. Cats and birds have the taste for mouse, but collecting a dog bone will temporarily give you the advantage. This Atari 7800 port of Mouse Trap also includes the minigame, Mouseline. Tunnels of Hyperion (7800) - You are the only human worker in the automated mining installations located in the tunnels of Hyperion. For unknown reasons, the A.I. controlling the complex is going mad and has activated the defense protocols against a perceived menace: you! Fly through the dangerous six zones of Hyperion, defeat challenging bosses and destroy the A.I. before you run out of energy.
