If you agree with something I said and are looking at this, hello likeminded person.

If you disagree with something I said and are looking at this, then try addressing the issue, not attacking the person.
Be aware, some will accept (reluctantly) Rabbi Weiss is in fact Jewish, but because he addresses holocaust deniers directly, they'll imply he is one.

He isn't.

Being anti-Zionist doesn't make this Jewish man antisemitic, nor does it make him a holocaust denier.
November 23, 2025 at 9:42 PM
Like I said, some people will claim Jews who are anti-Zionist are not "real" Jews.

When someone implies a Jewish person is somehow less Jewish because they criticize Zionism, you know they have no credibility.

There's no such thing as the "wrong kind of Jew" . . .

If the "National Association of Realtors" was thanked so many times by the leader of a foreign country, that it made people wonder why it isn't registered under the relevant transparency laws for such lobbying, then I'm sure people would be concerned about that too . . .
November 23, 2025 at 6:03 PM
If the "National Association of Realtors" start carrying out unregistered lobbying for a foreign country whose former intelligence officers explain how labeling people antisemitic is standard tactic they've used because "that's one stain you cannot wash", then people may be concerned.
November 23, 2025 at 5:56 PM
When the "National Association of Realtors" has even MAGA Republicans complaining about the fact that "everybody has an AIPAC person" perhaps people will be concerned about the role that organization has in politics too.
November 23, 2025 at 5:42 PM
When employees from the "National Association of Realtors" (including one of its Directors) are indicted by the FBI for handling classified defense documents that were passed on to the Israeli government, then people may suggest that organization is acting as an agent for a foreign principal too.
November 23, 2025 at 5:38 PM
Seems noisy here. Time to🔇

But if anyone says (or implies) that anyone who raises concerns about the role of AIPAC in US politics is "antisemitic" don't buy it.

Judge every case on its merits.
November 23, 2025 at 5:34 PM
Lots of Jewish people are concerned about the Israeli government's actions in Gaza.

Lots of Jewish people are concerned about AIPAC's influence on US politics too.

Expressing such concerns is not "antisemitic".

Judge every case on its merits.

Rabbi Weiss happens to be anti-Zionist

Some people will try to tell you he isn't a "real" Jew (despite his family being killed in Auschwitz for being Jewish) or that he is somehow "antisemitic".

Don't listen. Legitimate criticism is not "antisemitic".

Judge every case on its merits.
November 23, 2025 at 5:13 PM
Wait, I thought electing the "anarcho-capitalist" Javier Milei was going to fix the mess them "socialists" made of the economy. You mean that hasn't happened and Argentina needs a $40 billion bailout from the US. Who would've thought!
November 23, 2025 at 10:17 AM
The idea that all criticism of the Israeli government or AIPAC's political influence is driven solely by antisemitism is as absurd as the idea that none of it is.

Some of those critics are themselves Jewish! Reality doesn't fit into nice neat narratives.

Best to judge every criticism on its merits
November 23, 2025 at 8:47 AM
I don't like the politics of either of the people in this video, but jfc when right wing MAGA politicians are calling out AIPAC, you know something's up.

"Everybody has an AIPAC person..."

This is just capitulation to a foreign state.
November 23, 2025 at 7:55 AM
For those who say "yeah but what about Russian lobbying"

AIPAC is more powerful.

Even so, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Sam Patten were all charged with with lobbying for Russian interests without being registered as foreign agents.

So lobbyists for Israeli interests shouldn't get special treatment
November 23, 2025 at 7:42 AM
fyi sources that show only FARA-registered lobbying defeat the purpose, because groups with hugely significant influence that advocate for foreign interests (such as AIPAC) are not registered under FARA.

That's the issue.

All such groups should be compelled to register.
November 22, 2025 at 6:44 PM
It's not antisemitic to say:

- More members of Congress are receiving funding from AIPAC than any other lobby group advocating for foreign interests.

- Two AIPAC employees (including its Director of policy) were indicted by the FBI in 2006 for handling classified defense documents, sent to Israel.
November 22, 2025 at 6:25 PM
Some people may claim military aid to Israel isn't really aid because the money is spent in the US.

Don't be fooled.

It's like saying food stamps are not welfare because they must be spent at US grocery stores.

No, wherever it's spent, Israel is still spending $38bn of taxpayer's money.
November 22, 2025 at 6:18 PM
Also, you keep talking about AIPAC tracker being an unreliable source.

Then offer an alternative source, you believe is more reliable, that supports your claim that Qatar funds more members of Congress than AIPAC does.

"trust me bro" =/= reliable source
November 22, 2025 at 5:53 PM
AIPAC is, by most measures, more influential than any other group lobbying for foreign interests.

Show another with the same influence as AIPAC, and I'll criticize them too if they're not registered under FARA.

And many Jews are critical of AIPAC (Jews are not a hivemind -don't be antisemitic!)
November 22, 2025 at 5:46 PM
That $26bn is in sales to Qatar.

Sales =/= aid.

In contrast, Israel receives military aid through Foreign Military Financing. Who pays for that?

US taxpayers ($38 billion over 10 years)

Those terms are thanks to the huge influence AIPAC has in Congress. Much more than Qatar could even dream of
November 22, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Did that many state legislators ever visit Qatar?

Simple question that speaks to the fact that the pro-Israeli lobby has more influence culturally not just politically.

And I'd be happy to review any source you believe demonstrates your claim that Qatar funds more members of Congress than AIPAC.
November 22, 2025 at 4:53 PM
Strawman. Lots of groups lobby for foreign interests.

The issue is that such lobbying groups should be transparent about the fact they are acting as the agent of a foreign principal.

Of those groups, AIPAC is most influential and the most egregious. So it gets mentioned the most.

Simple.
November 22, 2025 at 4:24 PM
How much US funding and military aid has Qatar received?

How many "state legislators" visited Qatar together?

How many members of Congress publicly say "I support Qatar" while displaying Qatari flags?

AIPAC funds more members of Congress through lobbying and has more influence than Qatar.
November 22, 2025 at 4:14 PM
Your first point was about Qatar, implying that pro-Qatari lobbying is equivalent in influence to pro-Israeli lobbying.

Are you jumping to other countries because you can't see why that's a false equivalence? Or is it because you can see it, but want to deflect from that core point?
November 22, 2025 at 4:14 PM
More members of Congress are funded by AIPAC

And I don't know any members of Congress who display a Qatari flag, or wear a Qatari military uniform

Don't know any who say "support Qatar"

Never seen *250* members of Congress visit Qatar at the same time

Pro Israel influence > Pro Qatar influence
November 22, 2025 at 3:27 PM
Highlighting that AIPAC has more influence in Congress than any other lobby group, that there is evidence it acts at the behest of a foreign state is not "antisemitic".

Neither is highlighting that Congress should put American interests before Israeli interests.
