The Real Insurrection Was Within Us All Along So many many calls for recruitment, proselytizing, and radicalization of the so called masses have been made. So many have put their faith into the teleological ideas around revolution, that all of „our“ collective efforts will lead and have led to this one monumental effort to change the world. So many well-meaning people have spent their days with this hope keeping them going. We supposedly just have to get enough people together and then it will work! But curiously it hasn’t happened and there are no signs of ever it ever happening. Because it is nothing but a „leftist“ variant of the dozens upon dozens of prophesied Raptures, Armageddons and other Ends-of-the- World. A distant symbol, an idol without even a physical component. [continued] And all that recruitment, all the playing around optics and all the supposedly „revolutionary content“ uploaded onto the internet has not brought anyone or anything closer to this monumental effort, despite all of the ambitions towards it. Some might propose that this is the right way to go, that we just have to try hard enough and eventually it will happen (maybe just for those a long time after us) and baselessly accuse me of reformism or incrementalism. But no. What I propose is this: stop looking into the distant future, stop looking for salvation, stop your utopian yearnings. Fight. Fight right the fuck now! Every day you can fight. What is keeping you? You do not need a mass movement. What you need is clarity and conviction! Every single one of us is capable of a myriad of acts of insurrection. Be they violent, be they caring, be they small or big. [continued] And don’t fight „for the people“, don’t fight „for the greater good“, don’t fight for anything that demands you to be a follower! Fight for yourself, for your friends, for freedom, for living, for being able to keep going one more day. The fight will only keep on going. The real insurrection was within us all along. PAIN
PAIN PAIN she’s telling me she dreams of one day getting a hug without obligation PAIN she’s crying and thanking me when I say I would do so more than happily PAIN she is not the only one who cries from receiving expressions of simple affection. PAIN she’s thanking me for actually asking how she feels PAIN she’s crying when I have actually listened to the answer PAIN experiencing this is an aberration for her knowing what she’s feeling right now even a little bit. PAIN asking her what she would like and she’s scared PAIN knowing why she’s afraid to express her wants PAIN comprehending she hasn’t let herself imagine wanting anything knowing that she has understandable reason to lock wants away. PAIN knowing what it means for a person to be so starved for affection PAIN understanding basic decency is an aberration for her PAIN seeing she has been so hurt and abused being with her when the little things are overwhelmingly too much. not having a chance to treat her like the incredible vibrant beautiful woman she is before the simplicity of “I thought of you” overwhelms and tears overtake us crying together through the pain of the joy of the simple human experiences before we even get beyond the little kindnesses. the bar is in fucking hell and I know my pain doesn’t come close to matching hers. I’m. Your. Problem. Over forty thousand people, so many of them children, have been murdered by Israel. We don’t know for sure how many because they killed the people who kept count. But breaking windows to protest this is a problem. The world is burning. Every year is hotter than the last. Temperatures are becoming unliveable in places where thousands, soon to be millions, live. But blocking roads to protest this is a problem. The police mobilise against refugees. They drag our friends into vans and try to fly them halfway around the world. But confronting them to protest this is a problem. You commit murder and call it a right to self-defence. You burn the world and call it progress. You abduct our neighbours and call it safety. And you call me a huge problem to a sane world? Where is this sane world? Would be nice to visit. But you’re right about one thing. I’m your problem. A Scene From an Average Street A man in a white van sits in traffic waiting for the lights to change, playing his music loud enough for everyone to hear. Searching for distraction, he spots it across the street at the bus stop: A tranny! Three-day stubble and a pretty dress! He must catalogue this moment. He tries to surreptitiously take a photo on his phone but the tranny notices. Oh no! "You're confused, lad! Are you a man or a woman?!" The tranny does not respond. Just stares indignantly. But the lights have changed, so he has to leave without answers. But it is of course the *tranny* who is confused, he reminds himself, trying to keep his eyes on the road. On Help
On Help How about a wild idea? Instead of another expected protest, another lame slogan and another meaningless platitude on „socialism“ you just fucking help people and let yourself be helped? If you really want something better, if you really want people to be free, then walk the walk and start doing mutual aid. It doesn’t take an org, it doesn’t take donations, it does take a change in your fucking attitude and a modicum of conviction to actually help when someone asks and to let others do the same for you. Reciprocity, that is what I am talking about. Less of the flashy, aestheticized shit. Be spontaneous and express the empathy and mutual respect that we genuinely need to properly live with each other as individuals. I Don’t Trust Your Community It’s nothing personal, really. You must understand that long experience has taught me that at the first sign of dissent, their collective tolerance for me will turn to annoyance, then anger, or disgust. It doesn’t matter what labels we share. Yeah, I’m trans, anarchist, queer, whatever. We pretend that these things mean we share common ground, that we owe each other loyalty. But that loyalty soon turns into excusing the worst behaviour among the most visible of us. Solidarity becomes a shield for abuse. Keeping things in the community, means covering up for the harm that we inflict on each other. Those of us who point this out are targeted, ostracised, destroyed. We’re inconvenient. And over time, you convince yourself that our inconvenience means we are a threat. It’s not the people exploiting others financially, materially, sexually, who need to be removed for the sake of the community. It is us. The loud ones, pointing it out. [continued] The ones unconcerned with ‘strategy’ and ‘optics’. The ones making you look bad for the behaviour you tolerate. You can’t work with abusers without perpetuating abuse. No matter how much ‘good work’ they might have done for ‘the community’, that doesn’t give them the right to prey on the rest of us. There’s a reason the only flag I sit under is black. To the Five Per Cent, Again Hello. Last month we discussed how you had captured institutions to withdraw care from trans children. Remember? Such larks. As I write this, the Cass Report has just been released. It’s a fascinating read. None of it stands up to even a few seconds of critical thought, but the way the press and politicians have reacted to it you’d think it was gold-plated, irrefutable proof that no person under the age of 25 deserves bodily autonomy. Last time we spoke I said that I hope you enjoy the cruel world you have created. Well, we’re there now. The main thing the Cass Report has achieved is to demonstrate, without any room for deflection, that both the Labour Party and the Tories are our enemies. That trans liberation will not come from working within the democratic systems you have corrupted. That such systems are, in fact, anathema to trans life. [continued] This is not news to those of us who have been paying attention, but for a large segment of the population? It absolutely is. There are comfortable queers who thought that so long as they played by the rules and said all the right things they would not be despised. There are plenty of trans people who try to insulate themselves from politics and believed that there was still a lesser of two evils that would, at least, let them live. More than that, there’s the families and friends of all those people, and the ones who thought that before, we were just making a fuss. You’ve destroyed that illusion for us. Thank you. From here on out, we’re living in interesting times.

Queer Your Gender
Queer Your Gender [page has two bullet holes at top and four at the bottom] The story so far: In the beginning, Gender was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move. To paraphrase the late Douglas Adams. (Late as in he died in 2001, not just that he was terrible with deadlines even though he was that too) Not only was Gender created, it was created multiple times, as if a god wanted one more iteration just to get it right. Sex, language, social classes, social roles, identities, all one big mess we call Gender despite being multiple different things. Is gender a prison, a map, a sham? I just feel very Gender today. As in, Gender is a wall between me and you. You can't see me and I can't see you, but if I fuck with the wall, you'll see glimpses, shapes, and see the impression I make on the medium. We still have the wall but now you know it's there and now you know I'm behind it. [continued] Can't bring the wall down because in this metaphor it's load-bearing. Or maybe we should anyway. Maybe this husk of society has outlived its welcome. Or maybe being able to get pharmaceuticals is worth the cost after all. All I know is I feel very Gender today.

In her mind, depictions of porn, kink, child abuse etc. ARE the thing themself, which are themself rape. So willingly researching uncomfortable topics is the same to her as being subject to sexual violence. And here we see the radfem “sex equals violence” sleight of hand. And that's the most disgusting thing. That's what goes on in the minds of “GCs”. They're not actually being hyperbolic when they act like every trans woman is a rapist. They think being trans is a kink, and all kink is equivalent to rape. A vast spectrum of human experience from mild discomfort about someone being different to you, all the way to what normal fucking people would actually call rape... Collapsed into one amorphous phenomenon that can be turned about whichever way they prefer. Oh and when she says “child abuse apologists”, it's unclear if she actually means “child abuse” or “happy trans kids” because she's on record equating puberty blockers to rape too. [continued] So make no mistake. People like Bindel, Stock, Joyce, and of course Queen Jo... They can't be reasoned with. They don't have a logical response to you as a queer person. Anything short of complete acquiescence to their point of view, and you are ontologically a rapist. Even if you're a survivor. Even if you support victims of abuse. Because they don't actually care about people. They don't care about women or lesbians or whoever they're hiding behind. They're too deep in their crusade and we're just waiting for them to finally fucking expire. [three bullet holes at bottom of page]

By the time you read this, it'll be at least a month ago but that was fucking wild, huh? Google it if I sound like I'm being insane. Anyhow, what happened next was fascinating, because the bigoted lot of them closed ranks and declared it was research. Maybe it was. Who knows. Still shouldn't read porn in large print in the aisle seat of a train, Helen! But moving on to what really got me pissed off. Julie Bindel. Not just in general for once. In specific, she tweeted the following in response: [continued] “Whenever someone comes to my home for the first time I have to remember to warn them that there are some books and videos on my study shelves that may surprise/offend them. Books by child abuse apologists, pro-porn material, porn, writings celebrating sadomasochism and amputee-kink. I research these issues because I campaign against and write about them. And to tell me (or any woman doing the same) that really, we ENJOY/get a thrill from it is EXACTLY the same as telling women we love it when raped.” So preamble over, let's break this apart. See, people had been saying, partly in jest, that Helen Joyce enjoyed reading about magical racist Draco Malfoy and his escapades with the less-than-enthusiastically- consenting Hermione. A middle aged woman getting off to noncon fic is arguably less far-fetched than the idea that she was reading it to research trans people. [continued] But Julie has to take the “it was research” line for her ally and perhaps she didn't mean to equate dime-a-dozen Harry Potter fanfics with the books she has on her shelf, but she absolutely DID equate the latter with rape. As in “if you say women enjoy reading about porn and child abuse, that's the same as saying women enjoy being raped.” I don't even think she misspoke.

To the Five Per Cent [page has a pattern of six bullet holes] As I write this, word has just come out regarding the latest ‘consultation’ by the NHS on whether trans kids should be al- lowed medical care. I’ve lost count of the number of times this question, or a variation on it, has been asked. The answer is always the same. It was this time, too. 3,672 respondents. 180 of them were against puberty blockers. The rest were against murdering trans children through neglect. The NHS have decided to withdraw care anyway, following the opinion of (less than) 5 per cent of the participants in this ‘consultation’. This message is to those five per cent, and the people who bowed to them. We see you. Understand that. Really internalise it. I’m sure you think you are very clever, capturing the institutions that you have. You pat yourselves on the back, as you take money from fascists and get the megaphone of the mainstream media handed to you. [continued] It must be exciting, getting invited to party with lonely billionaires and yesterday’s comedians. But we see you. We will not forget. Enjoy the cruel future you have made.
