I love the classic space Lego. I know this is slightly obstructive to the GPUs air supply but like how these kits look in my case.

Beautiful sunny morning for a run 😎 I ran the Henham 10k today, another slowish time for me but intended to take it easy. It was very congested at the start, with lots of muddy slippery terrain. Norwich half marathon in two weeks, last big race of the year 🙌

I had a fantastic race this morning at the Ipswich half marathon. Took 5 minutes off my half marathon PB and 12.5 minutes off my time for this race last year. Very happy right now 🙌

Great race this morning at Felixstowe for the Richard Bennett 10 mile. The sun was out and the wind wasn't too strong, I managed to get it done 10 minutes quicker than last year 🙌 Ipswich half next Sunday!

Super happy with the race this morning. The sun came out and there was a lovely breeze along the coast. Good time for me and guessing I finished in the top 30% or so.

Out in Jersey this weekend and I'm running a charity 10k to support Jersey Hospice Care, race day tomorrow. Went out for a quick run this morning and must've over did it a bit, my heart rate doesn't usually go this high.

I ran another local 10k (almost) race this morning. The Aldeburgh Regatta mini marathon. The recent drop in temperature was welcome, tricky terrain for this one, some time on the beach running on stones and sand.

I ran around a Motorsport track Wednesday evening, the Run Snetterton 10k race. A very smooth and flat course, recommended if you want to get a PB.

The absolute state of this! I'm done buying Amazon. The packaging was fine, this is how it left the warehouse, zero fcks given. They'll likely just sell it on again once I return it.

I took a few seconds off of my 1 km and 1 mile records this morning. Running fast over a short distance feels really hard for me, I don't like the high intensity. It will help improve those long run times, so worth the effort.

Late night run done, waited for the temperature to drop as it's been a hot one today. A quick 5k done in preparation for the 10k race tomorrow evening, thankfully it's going to be a bit cooler then, I hope 🤞

Sunday is long run day, but it rained yesterday so I put it off until today. Not a bad half marathon time this morning, VO2 Max is up and my fitness age is down to 40. Happy with that 🙌

10k Heritage coast race this morning, was a little chilly and the terrain was hard work, almost fell on the deep sand at the end of the run. Happy with my time though, the chocolate cake went down well after 🤤

Great start to the long bank holiday weekend, blessed with a beautiful morning and got a 10 mile run down in good time. Now for a big lunch and some gaming.

New PC is all up and running, 5080 has all its ROPs which is nice. I need to tone down the RGB, they default to full on crazy rainbow. Spending some time getting everything downloaded then it'll be moved into my bedroom setup.

After more than a couple of months waiting, the GPU for my new build arrived yesterday. I put in a few hours work but will need to finish this off tomorrow evening. Cable management looks a bit messy but it's as tidy as I can get it.
