plus it’s gross how centered on internet validation we’ve become as a whole and I think that’s probably bad for my brain too, & seeing what other people have just makes you unappreciative of what you have so idk

if u haven’t tried this yet pls do I literally prefer it just bc my shoulders can’t handle the bar sitting on them for very long and putting it in the front is loads more comfortable for me, I have to hold onto the bar though I can’t put my arms out like that guy but definitely recommend
