Before I say anything, I just want to thank you all for the support I've gotten. People that've waited a year for their requests have told me to take my time even now, putting health over work. They deserve everything and I can't thank them enough. That's why it pains me so much to make this choice.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.
