I never used it before, but I turned on TalkBack on my phone to test. When I open your video post it mentions it's a video, then it says "rainy background video. Text pans through" etc.

Every TLD is managed by a registry, .social is managed by United TLD Holdco. They set the prices for the entire TLD, your registrar usually adds a bit on top to cover their costs.
It's easy enough to check what you have to pay with a different registrar. Make sure they do auto-renewal
