Sorry if it's so soon to ask @vivziepop.bsky.social, but is Season 3 very far off? Y'all literally smashed it with Season 2! Is Season 3 gonna be another year and a half wait? Will there be more of the Vees? 🥹☺️🤯

Btw, Is Baxty Canon!? (Niffty & Baxter)?

The Vees Alliance seems incredibly fragile (As Vox forgets about Velvette & Valentino in moments of glory, but heavily relies on them during moments of weakness and transgressions). This is the point Alastor was trying to make to Vox, when the former told the latter he was nothing without those two.

It goes to show that while the Vees are clearly powerful and smart, they lack the long term pragmatic & strategic planning skills (And that lack of savvy is dangerously paired with hubris, which is already a recipe for disaster in itself. Hubris but no planning skills, is a dangerous combination).

Vox is also playing into Alastor's hands, given the latter's jabs about him (Vox), being nothing without Valentino and Velvette. As someone who has a very big ego himself, Alastor knows Vox is egotistical like he is. Alastor is playing Vox like a fiddle (And Vox doesn't even realize it).

Alastor and Rosie's contract states that he's the most powerful sinner in Hell (And Rosie grants him that power), but because he is now in a weakened state (His contract with Rosie could potentially be nullified, due to it being potentially framed as her not holding up her end of the agreement).

The deal Alastor made with Vox also complicates the deal he made with Rosie (He is surely trying to maneuver his way out of the deal constraints, by purposefully weakening himself (To void the soul contract, and bend the rules to frame it Rosie violating their contract, due to his current weakness)

While saving Alastor from the Vees is undoubtedly a 'favor', Alasor hasn't and won't be able to explicitly tell Charlie to come save him (Which means he hasn't cashed in the favor he wants from her, and is likely saving it for something bigger further down the line). Thus, Charlie is safe in this.

Charlie did make a deal with Alastor for a favor in S1 (Which she explicitly stated she wouldn't hurt anyone for him, and Alastor agreed with that condition). Charlie technically wouldn't be breaking the agreement if she were to harm Vox, Valentino or Velvette (As Alastor expects a favor from her).

When Charlie and the others inevitably go to rescue Alastor, Vox will have his hands tied (Or will completely forget about the not harming Charlie condition, in the deal he and Alastor made). In the event he harms Charlie, the deal will be broken (Which will lead to unintended consequences for Vox)

Alastor conditioning that Vox cannot harm Charlie (In the deal they made), is incredibly key here. Charlie and the others will undoubtedly go and attempt to rescue Alastor (Alastor is counting on this, which is why he is playing along with Vox humiliating him, and is keeping up this facade).
